New companies form fast in the UAE, and they tend to hit the same wall at the same point: headcount and stock grow past what a spreadsheet can hold, and the off-the-shelf systems either do not handle local payroll rules or cost more per seat than the problem is worth. That is the gap we build into — ERP and HRMS shaped around how a UAE business actually runs.

Why work with us here

What we bring to the United Arab Emirates

01

Payroll built for local rules

Gratuity accrual, WPS-compatible payroll files, visa and Emirates ID expiry tracking, and leave rules that reflect UAE labour law rather than a US template with the labels changed.

02

Overlapping working week

Our team's hours overlap the Gulf working day almost entirely, so reviews and decisions happen the same day rather than bouncing across a timezone gap.

03

Multi-entity from the start

Free zone and mainland entities under one group is the norm here, so we design for multiple entities, currencies and VAT treatments rather than retrofitting it later.

How we operate here

We deliver to UAE clients remotely with working hours that overlap the Gulf day. We are not a locally registered entity, so for tenders requiring a UAE trade licence we work through a local partner — we will say so early rather than at contract stage.

Invoicing available in AED. Enquiries answered within one working day.

Questions

Working with us from the United Arab Emirates

Does your HRMS handle UAE gratuity and WPS?

Yes. End-of-service gratuity accrues per the labour law rules, and payroll exports in a WPS-compatible format for your bank. Visa and Emirates ID expiry tracking with reminders is standard.

Can the ERP handle multiple entities and currencies?

Yes. Free zone plus mainland entities under one group is common, so multi-entity, multi-currency and separate VAT treatment are designed in rather than added later.

Do you have a UAE office?

No. We deliver remotely on Gulf hours. If your procurement requires a locally licensed supplier we will tell you at the first call and work through a local partner.
