How we work

You see working software every two weeks and know what it costs before we start. That is the whole method — there is no clever part we're holding back.

The four phases

Discovery to launch, step by step.

What happens in each phase, how long it takes, and what we need from you to keep it moving.

011–2 weeks

Discover

We learn your business before proposing a solution — the workflows, the constraints, and what success actually looks like in numbers.

What you get

  • Documented workflows, including the workarounds
  • Sitemap or feature list agreed in writing
  • Dated plan with a fixed or capped budget

What we need from you

  • Access to the people who do the work
  • Any existing system or data
022–4 weeks

Design

Architecture and interface designed together, so what gets approved is genuinely buildable within the budget agreed.

What you get

  • Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens in your brand
  • Architecture and integration plan
  • Interactive prototype you can click through

What we need from you

  • Brand assets
  • One decision-maker who can sign off
034 weeks onward

Build

Two-week cycles with working software at the end of each. You see progress on a live preview URL, not in a status report.

What you get

  • A working preview URL updated every cycle
  • A demo at the end of each two-week cycle
  • Automated tests and a CI pipeline

What we need from you

  • An hour a fortnight for the demo
  • Prompt feedback between cycles
041–2 weeks

Launch

Migration, testing and cutover handled properly, then a support window while the system beds in with real users.

What you get

  • Data migration, reconciled against the old system
  • Redirects mapped so rankings carry across
  • Training, documentation and a support window

What we need from you

  • A go-live date
  • DNS or hosting access

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Which one fits depends on how settled the requirements are. We'll recommend the honest answer, not the one that bills longest.

Fixed scope

A defined build with a dated plan and a fixed price. Best when the requirements are genuinely settled and you need budget certainty.

Best for

Marketing sites, Shopify builds, defined app releases

Dedicated team

An agreed number of engineers and designers working to your priorities, billed monthly. Best when the roadmap will move as you learn.

Best for

ERP and HRMS rollouts, long-running product work

Support retainer

Ongoing maintenance, security updates and a defined support window after launch. Best once the build is live and needs looking after.

Best for

WordPress and Shopify maintenance, live platforms

Reporting

What you'll actually see each week

  1. Every day

A shared channel with the team building it. Ask anything, no account manager in the middle.

  2. Every cycle

A live preview URL and a demo of what shipped. Priorities for the next two weeks agreed at the end of it.

  3. Every month

Budget burned against budget agreed, in writing, before the invoice — never after.

Start with a conversation.

No pitch deck. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you how we'd approach it, what it costs, and how long it takes.
