Refund Policy

If Convo isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to every plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Renewal payments and partly used billing periods are not refunded, unless the law where you live requires it or we have charged you in error.

• Email info@mindstreamsoft.com from the address you used to pay, and include your order number from the Paddle receipt; or
• Find your purchase at paddle.net and request the refund there.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. They normally reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can resolve most issues within a working day.

Custom Convo plans, private installations and software development projects are priced in a written proposal. Refunds for those follow the terms in that proposal or contract.

This policy does not affect your rights under consumer law. Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases; our money-back guarantee already gives you longer.
